SMS Terms
of Service

These SMS Terms of Service explain how PSBLTY Co provides text message communications. By opting in to receive text messages from us you agree to these SMS Terms as well as our PSBLTY Co Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these SMS Terms do not enroll in our text message program.
1. Program description
PSBLTY Co provides optional text messages for financial advisors and related professionals. Messages may include:
Event and session reminders
Links to resources tools and educational content
Updates about programs workshops and offerings from PSBLTY
Practice growth and leadership tips that support your work with clients
Message content is informational and promotional in nature. Text messages are not individual coaching legal tax or investment advice.
2. How you opt in
You may enroll in PSBLTY text messages in one or more of the following ways
By entering your mobile phone number on a PSBLTY web form and selecting the checkbox that clearly states you agree to receive text messages from PSBLTY
By texting a keyword such as START or another keyword we provide to the PSBLTY text number that is displayed in our materials
By opting in you confirm that you are the owner or usual user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
Consent to receive PSBLTY text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. In general you can expect a small number of messages each month related to events resources and practice growth content. During active programs or events you may receive additional reminders that you have registered for.
4. Costs and charges
PSBLTY does not charge a separate fee to send or receive text messages. However message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel PSBLTY text messages at any time.
To stop receiving messages reply STOP to any message from us.
After you send STOP we will send you a confirmation text and then you will no longer receive messages from that program.
If you subscribe again in the future or provide a new opt in we may resume sending text messages to that number.

7. Supported carriers and delivery
Delivery of text messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider. PSBLTY is not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of any text message. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability of our SMS program may be limited by your carrier or your mobile device. Features and functionality may change without notice.
8. Eligibility
The SMS program is intended for professionals who are at least eighteen years old. By opting in you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are located in the United States when using the program unless we state otherwise.
9. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. The information we collect in connection with the SMS program is subject to the PSBLTY Co Privacy Policy which explains how we collect use and protect personal information including mobile numbers and message history.

10. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued enrollment in the SMS program after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
